Tim is creator and chief operator of the Website DisabilityVoice. He has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, which has progressed to the point where he is on a ventilator 24/7 and unable to move except for his finger tips and slight neck movements. He has a two year degree in Computer Programming from UW Center Fox Valley in Menasha Wisconsin. He also has a four year B.A. in Math / Computer Science from Lawrence University in Appleton Wisconsin. Tim has a small business out of his home creating web sites called Golden Fire Computer Production. Tim is very active with DisabilityVoice and contacting legislators. He received an Abilities Award from Celebrating Abilities and a Lifetime Achievement Award for Wisconsin from the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Both awards were received in 2011. Tim is also active in a group Rockcliffe University and Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education (VWBPE) doing programming which connects website data to the various virtual worlds including, but not limited to Second Life.
